My journey into the world of coaching began in 2017, sparked by a desire to use my extensive professional experience to empower others to thrive in their careers. Educated at Munich Business School, I immersed myself in the transformative power of coaching, realising its profound impact on individual growth and team dynamics. With over 23 years of diverse experience across industries and roles, from entry level to senior leadership, I bring a wealth of practical wisdom and strategic insight to my coaching practice.

I’ve walked the walk of an ‘everyday employee’, served as an executive assistant, held leadership positions, and embraced roles as a volunteer and part-time worker. From negotiating salaries to navigating challenging workplace dynamics, including difficult colleagues and demanding bosses, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of organisational life – from building departments from scratch to navigating the contrasting cultures of start-ups and corporate environments.

Coaching was my game changer. It gave me the clarity to define my goals and chart a path that honoured my personal balance. Through coaching, I’ve not only enhanced my career trajectory, but also deepened and elevated my personal relationships to new heights.

In 2019, I embarked on a transformative journey to Finland, drawn not only by the allure of its culture, but also by the opportunity to take on new challenges and expand my horizons.
